With dermoscopy, it is possible to establish a more reliable diagnosis of pigmentary changes in the skin, and in particular to distinguish melanoma from other benign pigmentary changes. The clinical reliability of diagnosing melanoma with the “naked eye” is estimated at 65%, and dermoscopic examination improves this reliability by 5-30%.

She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade in 1979. She passed the specialist exam in dermatovenerology in 1987 at the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade. In addition to clinical practice, he is also engaged in educational work (professor of vocational studies).

Milan Bjekić was born in 1965 in Belgrade. He works at the City Institute for Skin and Venereal Diseases as a dermatovenerologist, where he heads the Counseling Center and the Service for Venereal Diseases. In addition to clinical practice, he is engaged in scientific (scientific advisor) and educational work (professor of vocational studies).
